Product warranty

Daniel Rubinetterie S.p.A. guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for a period of:

_5 years from the date of purchase for chromed products.
_2 years from the date of purchase for finished products and electronic components.

The warranty includes the replacement of the item or of the replacement of the defective part, subject to authorization by the technical office of Daniel Rubinetterie S.p.A.

When necessary, submit the claim to your retailer attaching the guarantee coupon completed in all its parts and the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Product warranty CANNOT be applied in the following cases:

• Incorrect use of the product.
• Incorrect installation or installation performed with unsuitable tools.
• Lack or inadequacy of maintenance.
• Improper use of cleaning products or use of unsuitable detergents.
• For consumable parts and components subject to normal wear.
• For damage caused by limescale or blockages in the pipes.
• For damages deriving from the use of non-original spare parts.

Daniel Rubinetterie S.p.A. does not bear any additional costs due to the disassembly and reassembly of the product and direct or indirect damage caused to people or things, resulting from the suspension of use or incorrect use of the article.
